EP - Reaseaching birth chart information

I have been trying over the weekend and up to now to try and find a way to calculate my local sidereal time.
I have yet to figure out what it is completely being new to this subject.
I have found out that a sidereal day is shorter than a normal day by 4 minutes.

This website made what the sidereal time is clearer to me but it didn’t explain how to calculate it.

This website was very confusing when trying to find how to calculate it

But this last one while confusing itself it did mention something called an "ephemeris" which I now plan to look into.
